Safety First: Park the Right Way!
Did you know that parking your car facing the wrong direction on the road isn’t just a traffic violation — it’s a serious safety hazard?
Here’s why it matters:
Vehicles parked the wrong way are less visible to oncoming traffic, especially at night.
Without rear reflectors facing traffic, other drivers might not see your car until it’s too late.
This increases the risk of collisions, especially in poorly lit areas.

Join the HOA board!
Are you passionate about keeping our neighborhood a great place to live? Apply now to be a board member of our Homeowners Association (HOA) and have a voice in community decisions, improvements, and events!
To apply and run for the board, simply fill out the attached form and send it to Jasonvillehoa@gmail.com or mail it to PO Box 421, Caledonia, MI 49316 by March 24, 2025. Once received, the form will be reviewed and all candidates meeting the requirements will be placed on the ballot.
Your involvement helps shape the future of our neighborhood. We look forward to working together!

Association Dues are past due
2025 Association Dues are now past due. Late fees have been assessed.
Please e-mail JasonvilleFarmsTreasurer@gmail.com if you need another copy of the already mailed inoice.
They can be paid via check to PO Box 421 Caledonia, Mi 49316.
Please send email for Venmo information.
The next step in our process is to transfer unpaid balances to a collections agency. A non-refundable $75.00 (minimum) fee will be added to the balance upon transfer.
